To ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages, Lifecrown Foundation has carried out several medical Outreaches touching over 5,000 people in over 25 villages in Lagos, Ogun and Oyo state of Nigeria. Lifecrown Foundation has also established a maternal and child healthcare centre at Gedegede community in Ikota Ajah Lagos State.

Proposed Projects and Programmes:
The Foundation's Proposed Projects for 2019/22 are as follows:
1. Commencement of Construction Works on the Permanent Site for Lifecrown School at Ode-Omi Village.
2. Completion and Commissioning of the Lifecrown Primary Health Centre in Ikota Village Lekki Lagos State.
3. Completion and Commissioning of the Lifecrown Primary Health Centre in Lepia Village Ibeju Lekki Lagos State.
4. Completion and Commissioning of the Lifecrown Primary Health Centre in Akanran Village Ibadan Oyo State.
5. Purchase of an Ambulance for Free Medical Outreach and LCF Hospitals in case of any emergency.
6. Purchase of Bus to convey Volunteers and Medical Equipment to Outreach Centres.
7. Free-Medical Outreach in Rural Communities in Ikorodu axis, Ibeju-Lekki, Ijebu, Badagry, Akanran Ibadan, Oderemo Ogun State and other villages that are in urgent need of medical services.
8. Continuous operation and expansion of the Lifecrown Foundation Schools Odeomi Ogun State.
9. Establishment of Lifecrown Schools in Lepia and Akanran.
10. Collaboration with Other Non Governmental Organizations in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals Agenda.
